Visit the former home of the composer Benjamin Britten and tenor Peter Pears. Also on the site is the Britten-Pears Library, which houses an exhibition gallery and an archive collection of international significance. In summer 2007, there are scheduled house tours as follows: August Wed-Sat 15.00 September Wed-Fri 15.00 The exhibition gallery, and facilities for researchers, are open by appointment Mon-Fri 9.30-17.30 throughout the year. We are always pleased to arrange special tours for groups throughout the year, and are particularly keen to work with schools and colleges on educational projects.
